Avenella Claxton is a lifetime North Shore resident who was born and raised in New Brighton, moved to Mariners Harbor for a while, and now resides in Park Hill on the outskirts of Stapleton. The community we serve is (literally) close to home for her. She has  always loved interacting with new people, connecting with nature, and food-cooking and eating it. It serves Avenella to serve others, especially in ways so close to her heart.

Forgotten Food: "Take no thought for tomorrow." We often look too far ahead and miss out on appreciating the blessings we have with us today.
